       Stalking or repeatedly following others against their wishes;
       Forcing someone into a RP situation;
       Cornering, blocking normal movement, physically intimidating or invading personal space without consent;
       Encouraging intimidation or bullying of others, including threats to SWAT, hack, dox, or DDOS; and
       Sharing or Spreading of a user’s Real-Life information is prohibited.

      • DO NOT Conduct yourself in an offensive or abusive way, including:
       Supporting or representing hateful ideologies or groups by using symbols or attacking people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, and serious disease or disability

      • DO NOT Post, Trade or Collect imagery that is illegal in the State of California. Especially:

      Public Conduct – Rules for public sims or while hyper gridding.
      • Wear an adult AVI while hyper gridding, this protects you and our grid.
      • Do not publicly ask for sex in local chat. (It looks terrible, use the private message system)
      • Don’t solicit sex while hyper gridding.
      • Slave/BDSM/Rape RP is not allowed in public and should only be done on designated private sims with an adult rating that permit this.
      • Violent RP is also not allowed in public sims. (Causing injury/blood/death)
      • Don’t harass people for sex. If they say no, it means NO - move on. (There are many people who play here who are not here for sexual encounters and this should be respected)
      • Do not contact staff for a personal matter between you and another individual (i.e. drama). Use the block feature -that’s why it’s there.

      Please rate your sims appropriately
      General = PG sim , Moderate = sexual content , ADULT = any Hardcore Kinks like BDSM

      If we find that you have violated the Terms of Service or this Conduct Policy across Discord or Youth Nation services, we may take action, including temporarily restricting or suspending your account. For repeated or egregious offenses, we may permanently disable your account.

    Your access to and use of this grid is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

    Our grid's goal is to have a safe, respectful virtual environment for our residents and visitors.

    We promise:

    • To protect your privacy as much as legally possible. (In other words, in all cases except a legal subpoena.) We will use your personal contact information only for billing, service announcements, and for other communications that you have previously agreed to.

      • Registration information you provide when you create an account such as:

      • Your Email address

      • Your Avatar Name

      • Your IP address

      • Information necessary to connect to your PC such as session ID's and web cookies

      • Any other personal information you give us to service your account.

      • Transaction information you provide when you request information or purchase a product or service from us, whether on our sites or through our applications.

    • That you have the right to request erasure of personal identifying information, or to the deletion of your account. This grid may retain certain records that this grid is required to retain by law.

    • To respect intellectual property by promptly taking down infringing content, and by asking for permission before using users' content in marketing materials or in any other way other than what's required for normal grid operations.

    To attempt to make regular backups of both regions (OARs) and personal inventories (IARs) to keep any losses to a minimum in the event of technical issues.

    You promise:

    • To not harass other users, or personally attack, threaten or violate their personal privacy for any reason including race, gender, sexual preference, religion, or other affiliation. Harassment includes repeated requests for sexual activity following a refusal from the other person.

    • Regarding privacy, while we realize that some sharing of private discussions is inevitable, they should be shared with discretion and respect to all parties involved.

    • To respect region maturity ratings by rezzing only appropriate content and engaging in appropriate behaviors. These are posted in the Covenant in the Welcome area.

    • You acknowledge that content creators maintain their rights to their content. You accept full responsibility for use of provided content and remain liable for unlawful usage. If a content provider reports a DMCA violation to this grid, it will be investigated and if warranted, removed from public access.

    You agree:

    • That you are 18 years of age, or older.

    • That when you upload your content to our grid, or create new content on our platform, that we have your permission to distribute that content to other users per your specifications. This allows you to have other users see your content, and enables you to sell or transfer your content in-world.

    • That the only exportable content is content that you yourself have created or content that is marked with the "export" permission. If the "export" permission is not yet enabled, exportable content is full-perm content.

    • That we also have the right to showcase your content in directories and destination guides.

    • That we can transfer these rights to new owners if we sell the entire grid, so that the new owners can continue to offer the same services without interruption.

    • That we are only asking for the rights to use your content as part of the virtual world -- you retain all the copyrights to the original content.

    • That any images or content displayed in-world, or traded by or among residents of  Youth Nation in violation of the laws of the United States or the State of California is strictly prohibited. This is a zero tolerance policy, and offenders will face an immediate and permanent ban from Youth Nation after their first offense. No exceptions.

    • That you will refrain from creating groups with titles suggesting or implying activities which are illegal in the United States or the State of California. We reserve the right to delete any group which we feel violates these terms.

    • That your Avatar Name, Session ID, IP address and other technical information will be sent to other grids when you travel the Hypergrid. This grid has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that this grid may contain links to third-party services that are not owned or controlled by this grid.

    • That any in-world currency is fictional, to be used for entertainment purposes only.

    • That there might be outages, or content losses, or other disruptions, and that we're not liable for any damages that may result.

    You understand:

    • That Youth Nation is a new grid. It has no ties to the former management of any other OpenSimulator grid nor is it bound by any agreements made by the owner(s) of another grid.

    • It is managed by a Team, and all decisions regarding the operation of the grid or the approval of new accounts are made by a consensus of the group, not any one individual.

    • That if you wish to register an Abuse Report against another person, contact a member of the Admin Team shown on the board at the Welcome Center. Any bans or suspensions will be a group decision and based on facts, not hearsay.

    • That this grid shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

    • That new referrals to Youth Nation will require a minimum of one experienced sponsors, preferably at least one being from a current user of SecondLife™. New accounts under four months old are not qualified as sponsors.

    • That there exists a wide variety of opinions as to what constitutes proper conduct and behavior on OpenSimulator grids and it is not the mission of Youth Nation to legislate morality or dictate right and wrong behavior in a global sense. However, it is our mission to set out the rules of conduct on this grid.

    • That we may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, without limitation if you breach the Terms.

    All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. This Agreement may be modified for any reason, without prior notice (unless prior notice is required by law), by posting the revised Agreement here. If at any time you do not agree to those terms and conditions, you must immediately cease your use of the system.
